Kyiv City Administration Prepares 6,500 Locations for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

The Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) has announced an ambitious initiative to develop electric vehicle infrastructure across Ukraine’s capital, preparing approximately 6,500 locations for the installation of EV charging stations. This significant move represents one of the largest urban electromobility infrastructure projects in Eastern Europe and signals Kyiv’s commitment to sustainable transportation despite the ongoing challenges facing the country.

The designated locations for charging station placement will be made available to investors and operators through transparent auction procedures on the Prozorro.Sales platform, Ukraine’s official electronic trading system.
